Bio:
Hello my name is Chinetha Crenshaw but most call me Chee Chee. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and have additional education in radio and television broadcasting, and real estate. I also have my life, health and annuities insurance license but I’m currently a full-time student. I have worked as a social worker, personal banker, insurance agent and as an educator but was totally unfulfilled. I started praying last year regarding being in "purpose “on God's path. He showed me this graduate program and here I am. I attended Cleveland State University for undergrad where I also played college basketball for 4 years. I love sports so it just makes since that I make a career out of doing what I naturally love. I also enjoy working out, going to church, going to the movies, and traveling.
I reside in Cleveland, Ohio but my hopes are to obtain a position working for a football program, basketball team or with a boxing camp upon graduation in December 2014 as possibly a sports manager or advisor. I am open to trying other sports opportunities as well. I enjoy watching all sorts of sports like tennis, college basketball and football, NBA, NFL, gymnastics, track and field and swimming. The list goes on and on. I received full athletic scholarship offers in volleyball, basketball and track and field. I wanted to combine my passion with my experience which is why my specialization is sports management. I am also acquiring my Masters of Business Administration degree. I was a talent on an all woman's sports show called "The Starting Line-Up" for a few years where we interviewed college and pro athletes and talked about current sporting events and gossip. We interviewed former Olympian and retired NBA star Dominique Wilkins, current Browns cornerback Joe Haden and during the 2013 super bowl, San Fran's Tarell Brown was a call in guest on our show. You can see some of our past shows on YouTube at “Starting Line-Up Sports Divas.” We enjoyed interviewing current and past people of the sports industry because they all pave the way for the next generation. I am also the author of the book "One Step Med". It allows you to keep a log of all your medical history and documentation.
